Alina Radu is heading the firm's Banking and Finance practice. She is a seasoned specialist with 27 years of practical experience in a wide range of projects, including complex M&A projects in the banking sector, financing transactions, sales/acquisitions and development of real estate projects, as well as advice on corporate matters, contracts and various projects requiring thorough knowledge of regulatory matters in the financial services field.
She has assisted clients in landmark deals on the Romanian market, advising companies on multi-jurisdictional or domestic financing and refinancing facilities, complex security structures and key financing aspects in various borrower default or insolvency scenarios.
Alina is a conciliator with the Alternative Banking Dispute Resolution Centre, an independent non-governmental, not-for-profit legal entity of public interest established for the resolution of disputes between consumers and traders.
Alina joined NNDKP in 1997 and was appointed Partner in 2004.
