Ana Diculescu-Șova, Senior Partner, heads NNDKP’s Dispute Resolution practice, having joined the firm in 2001.
With nearly five decades of experience in the legal field, and over 50,000 appearances before national and international courts, as well as arbitration panels, she has extensive expertise in contentious matters across various legal areas, including banking and finance, real estate, corporate and commercial, energy, administrative - public procurement, foreign investments or tax, constitutional law.
International and local clients trust her knowledge and experience to navigate challenging cases, involving substantial material and moral rights. Leveraging her expertise, Mrs. Diculescu provides insights into all major dispute resolution cases handled by NNDKP, offering key input in developing and optimizing the strategy behind each case.
She regularly advises clients on disputes related to ownership rights over real estate assets, civil liability claims, administrative disputes regarding the lawfulness of various legal provisions, tax disputes, contractual litigation, restructuring and insolvency matters, as well as arbitration cases. She also has substantial experience in labor and consumer protection disputes.
Mrs. Diculescu-Șova founded Ana Diculescu Law Office, which merged in 2001 with Nestor Nestor Kingston Petersen creating Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen. She was also an ad hoc Judge of the European Court of Human Rights.
