Ioana Niculeasa has 25 years of experience in the legal profession and is Head of NNDKP's Real Estate and Construction practice.
Throughout her career, Ioana has assisted investment funds, corporate investors and financial institutions in projects developed in the Romanian and SEE real estate markets. She has expertise in all types of projects, from office buildings and shopping centres, residential, logistics, and industrial real estate projects to public-private real estate partnerships and agricultural investments.
Ioana has a strong track record in high value real estate transactions. She has advised clients ranging from large investors, developers to various corporate clients on complex sales and acquisitions, providing legal support across the full investments’ lifecycle: structuring, due diligence, negotiation, development and closing.
Additionally, Ioana advises clients on permitting matters, lease agreements and construction contracts governed by domestic legislation as well as FIDIC or FIDIC-based agreements.
She has been a Partner with the firm since 2009.
