Emil Bivolaru is an experienced litigator who is known for his hands-on approach and his ability to provide comprehensive and tailored solutions in complex cases. In the 24 years in which he represented clients before Romanian courts of justice and arbitration courts, he specialized in complex tax disputes, bankruptcy and restructuring cases, banking and finance litigation, civil law and property restitution cases. During the last few years, his practice has expanded as he acquired significant experience in white collar crime cases, as well as in matters related to tax inspections and tax evasion issues.
Emil joined NNDKP in 2001 and was appointed Partner in 2008.
