Career

Adina Chilim-Dumitriu, Executive Partner, has 28 years of experience in the legal profession and co-heads the Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement and PPP practices of NNDKP. She is also Head of the firm's Telecommunications and Media practice.

Adina has advised various companies and authorities on the full spectrum of public procurement matters in relation to the construction or rehabilitation of major infrastructure projects. Additionally, she has a solid track record in assisting clients active in the military and defense sector, being involved in numerous military procurement programs undertaken in Romania in the air, naval, land, and communications areas.

Throughout her career, Adina has advised clients in large projects that have shaped the local economic landscape, including cross-border M&A deals, joint ventures, IT and media regulatory, and some of the largest privatizations in Romania.
