Adina Chilim-Dumitriu is Executive Partner at NNDKP. She has 27 years of experience in the legal profession and co-heads NNDKP's Public Procurement and PPP practice, as well as the Corporate/M&A practice.

She is particularly experienced in providing advice on matters requiring technical knowledge and abilities such as the ones in the public procurement/ concessions field or the telecommunications and defense sectors.

Adina is widely recognized for handling large mergers and acquisitions deals and for advising on complex corporate/contractual projects. She also assists clients in relation to privatization matters, joint ventures, corporate and operational restructuring projects, business transfer agreements, acquisitions of assets of business transfers, distressed M&A assets.

In the public procurement and concessions field, Adina advises clients on a wide range of public procurement matters and assists them with challenges before the National Council for Solving Public Procurement Complaints (CNSC) and the competent courts of appeal.

Adina joined NNDKP in 1997 and was appointed Partner in 2004.
