Career
Adina Chilim-Dumitriu has over 26 years of experience in the legal profession, being a Partner with the firm since 2004. She co-heads NNDKP's Public Procurement and PPP practice, as well as the Corporate/M&A practice.
She is particularly experienced in providing advice on matters requiring technical knowledge and abilities such as the ones in the public procurement/ concessions field; also, she is well versed in the telecommunications and energy sectors.
Adina is renowned for handling large mergers and acquisitions deals and for advising on complex corporate/contractual projects. She has also assisted borrowers and lenders in connection with complex financing transactions and has developed particular expertise in the gas field, as well as in cross-border energy projects.
In the public procurement and concessions field, she assists clients both in relation to consultancy in specific public procurement projects, as well as in challenges before the National Council for Solving Public Procurement Complaints (CNSC) and the competent courts of appeal.
Adina joined NNDKP in 1997 and was appointed Partner in 2004.
