Alina Boureanu has 20 years of experience in the legal profession and is Of Counsel at NNDKP.

She joined the NNDKP team in 2011.

Alina's expertise covers various industries, with focus on electronic communications and technology, digital services, e-privacy, media and advertising, defense, and commercial law.

In the electronic communications and media sectors, she routinely advises key clients on regulatory compliance, authorisations, reporting, security breach notifications, and end-user rights. She also assists clients in challenging regulatory authority decisions through administrative or legal action, as well as on transactions typical to these industries.

In the defense area, she provides regulatory guidance on controlled operations, production of military products, and compliance with international sanctions and embargoes.

She also provides practical legal support for commercial projects, including drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts — from high-value transactions and complex outsourcing agreements to essential day-to-day business arrangements — and represents clients before regulatory authorities.
