With 20 years of expertise in labour and social security law, Kelma is the head of Coelho & Dalle´s Labour and Social Security Law department. Her experience includes assisting national and international companies both in labour litigation and advisory matters.
Her practice also includes assisting companies in setting up strategies to reduce labour liabilities, act in judicial and administrative proceedings, consultancies, and training.
Kelma holds a bachelor´s in Law from the Universidade de Fortaleza (UNIFOR); a postgraduate degree in Labour Law and Labour Process from the Centro Universitário Christus (UNICHRISTUS) and is a Master’s candidate in Social and Innovation Law at NOVA School of Law.
