He has vast experience in legal and administrative proceedings, arbitrations, advisory and business mediations, with a focus on judicial and extrajudicial reorganizations, as well disputes involving corporate law, contract and business and banking and financing transactions. He represents financial institutions, creditors, lenders, and investors in restructurings, judicial and extrajudicial reorganizations, and distressed mergers and acquisitions and asset sales. He holds a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
