Garrigues Partner since 2006. He advises on matters with employment and labour law implications, with special focus on litigation, restructuring processes, outsourcing, senior management employment contracts, due diligence, and material change of working conditions. Teaches employment litigation at Centro de Estudios Garrigues (Master’s degree in labour law Counseling Program). Frequent speaker at conferences involving matters applied to his expertise.
