Wesley Holmes, Managing Partner of the Boston office and a capital markets lawyer, advises issuers and underwriters on a full suite of equity and debt products. He draws on nearly two decades of experience advising on hundreds of matters with a particular focus on the life sciences and technology industries.

Wesley represents both public and private companies at all stages of the business lifecycle, as well as investment banks, private equity funds, and their portfolio companies. He regularly advises on:
