Warren Lilien is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department. Warren represents financing sources and private equity sponsors in connection with all phases of the development, financing, acquisition, and disposition of energy and infrastructure assets, including wind, solar, geothermal, and natural gas-fired power plants, communication towers, data centers, and other digital infrastructure, pipelines, and other midstream assets, railways, toll roads, and airports.
