Vik Puri

Vik Puri retired from the partnership in December 2025. He was a member of the firm’s Finance Department with a focus on banking and other financing transactions.

Vik has significant experience in representing lenders and borrowers in both domestic and international transactions involving secured and unsecured financing transactions, including working capital financing, asset-based financing, acquisition financing, and debtor-in-possession financing. In addition, Vik has substantial experience representing lenders in restructurings and work-outs of troubled loan facilities.

Specifically, Vik has substantial experience in asset-based financing transactions representing lenders, arrangers, agents, borrowers (both public and private), and private equity funds on transactions ranging from large-cap syndicated transactions to middle market and specialized ABL loans, including acquisition financings, refinancings, working capital, FILO structures, and debtor-in-possession financings.

Representative transactions involved a range of working capital and fixed asset borrowing formulas and included both domestic and international jurisdictions.
