Trung Nguyen is the director of intellectual property for the Ho Chi Minh City branch of T&G Law Firm LLC (TGVN), a licensed law firm and IP agent that partners with Tilleke & Gibbins for local filings in Vietnam. A veteran practitioner, Trung has been working in the intellectual property space for over 20 years, including 8 years as the head of the patent team and IP enforcement team for the Vietnam offices of a leading international law firm.
Over his career, Trung has gained experience in all aspects of IP in Vietnam, including patents, industrial designs, trademarks, copyright, investigation, and enforcement across a wide range of industry sectors. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering and has drafted patents in a variety of technical fields.
