Trina is a nationally recognized energy M&A and transactions lawyer, with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and finance transactions.

She represents private equity firms, major energy and utility companies, and financial institutions, including firms such as Riverstone Holdings, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, AltaGas, Direct Energy, Itochu, Ares, Talen Energy, Carlyle and Avenue Capital, primarily in power, downstream, midstream, marketing and trading, and other energy-related transactions.
