Trevor Wommack advises lenders and borrowers in complex bank financing and syndicated lending transactions. He previously served as Chair of Latham & Watkins’ Finance Department in the Houston office.

Trevor advises lending institutions as lead arrangers in connection with credit facilities in a wide range of industries, including energy and infrastructure. He regularly helps clients with:
