Susan Rainey focuses on Environmental Law, including counseling clients on environmental risks and liabilities in all types of transactions. She represents multifamily, office, retail, and industrial clients in over 20 states on redevelopment of brownfield sites, conducting environmental assessments and remediation and pursuing regulatory closure. She is experienced with counseling clients on environmental regulatory work, including compliance and resolution of violations and enforcement actions. She also works with clients on environmental management issues including vapor intrusion, methane mitigation, PCBs, asbestos, lead based paint and mold.
