Mark-David has more than 35 years of experience in municipal finance, taxation, and project finance law. Serving primarily Florida issuers, he assists clients with a range of public financings and has extensive knowledge of interest rate swaps, options, credit enhancement, commercial paper programs, forward contracts, and other derivative products. Mark-David’s client base includes banks, underwriters, governmental entities, and mutual funds.

Representing a wide range of public entities, including the counties of Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and governmental bodies from various states, Mark-David has played a crucial role in numerous high-profile transactions. This includes serving as bond counsel for significant deals like the $347,605,000 Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County Refunding Revenue Bond and the $546,120,000 South Florida Water Management District Certificates of Participation, both of which received notable accolades.
