Mark-David Adams is a public finance and tax lawyer with over thirty-five years’ experience in municipal finance, taxation and project finance law. He has worked on public financings for numerous Florida issuers, in addition to financings across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. He served as underwriters’ counsel for the first internet offering of the State of Tennessee, and has provided advice to the Comptroller of the State of Tennessee in connection with the promulgation of the State’s “Guidelines for Interest Rate and Forward Purchase Agreements.” Mark Adams frequently serves as counsel to banks and other financial institutions. He also has worked on financings for airports, housing finance authorities, public utilities, solid waste authorities, sports authorities, colleges, universities and districts throughout the United States. Mr. Adams has extensive experience in working with derivative products.
