Partner and a leader of the firm's Finance and Restructuring Practice Group. Has more than 30 years of experience representing various interests, including corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, official creditors’ committees, trustees, foreign representatives and other parties in interest in complex bankruptcy proceedings and bankruptcy litigation in the District of Delaware and other jurisdictions. Also has extensive experience as a mediator in bankruptcy litigation.
