Career

Tom Blair has represented general liability insurers for more than 25 years and has handled a wide range of complex coverage issues, including matters involving environmental claims, asbestos, hearing loss, silica, advertising injury, and numerous other issues. He has litigated important coverage issues in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Additionally, Tom has extensive experience litigating bad faith and other extracontractual claims against insurers across the country, and he has spoken on coverage and bad faith issues and has provided training to insurers to avoid extracontractual exposures.
