Jason D McLarry

Career

Jason McLarry is a member of the Construction Practice at Troutman Pepper. His practice focuses primarily on the prosecution and defense of construction claims in court or before arbitration panels. Jason has successfully represented owners, contractors and subcontractors, design professionals and material suppliers in matters involving utility and infrastructure construction, power plants, wind, solar and battery storage projects, high rise office buildings, university facilities, casinos and other complex projects. He has obtained favorable results for his clients at every stage of the litigation process from early motions, summary judgment, to verdicts for his clients following trial.

Jason also draws on his litigation experience to negotiate and draft construction contracts and associated contract documents on his clients’ behalf. He is known as a skilled advisor and routinely serves as project counsel for large complex projects.
