Mr. Yuan joined Han Kun Law Offices in early 2020 and leads the firm's tax practice. Before that, Mr. Yuan began his career as a tax practitioner in 2004 and has worked for two of the Big 4 accounting firms for more than 15 years. Mr. Yuan was an M&A tax partner with KPMG. In the area of PE/VC, Mr. Yuan implements tax optimizations throughout the whole PE/VC lifecycle, especially offering stable and predicted tax resolutions in ever-evolving tax regimes.
