Scott Macdonald

SCOTT MACDONALD is a partner in Sidley's Investment Funds practice group in the New York office. Scott represents prominent institutional investors in connection with their investments in leading private investment funds, separate and/or managed accounts, co-investments, secondary transactions, continuation vehicles and acquisitions of interests in fund sponsors (including GP stakes transactions) and otherwise. In addition, Scott represents fund sponsors in the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, food and agriculture, natural resources and hybrid funds, as well as funds of funds. He also advises fund sponsors in the formation, operation, and regulatory compliance of their investment advisers and related entities.
