In addition, Scott represents fund sponsors in the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, food and agriculture, natural resources and hybrid funds, as well as funds of funds. He also advises fund sponsors in the formation, operation, and regulatory compliance of their investment advisers and related entities.
