MATTHEW J. DOLAN is a litigation partner in the firm’s Palo Alto office with a broad-based practice focusing on securities litigation, corporate governance disputes, and disclosure issues. He has extensive experience representing corporate and individual clients in the technology and life sciences industries in class action, shareholder derivative, and corporate governance litigation in state and federal courts in California, New York, and Delaware. Matt also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing public companies and individual executives and directors in confidential internal investigations and matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, and routinely counsels companies and their boards on governance and disclosure issues. His clients include both well-established and emerging technology and life sciences companies.
Matt also has deep experience representing issuers and underwriters in class action litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country regarding securities offerings. His clients include major investment banks as well as recently public technology companies.
