JAIME BARTLETT’s extensive trial experience informs strategy in her public company and individual representations in class actions, shareholder derivative, corporate governance litigation, civil fraud disputes and investigations in state and federal courts. Jaime has substantial experience representing companies and their officers and directors in shareholder class action litigation. Her representations have involved actions with complex circumstances and alleging billions of dollars in shareholder losses and include work on behalf of the following companies as well as their current and former officers and directors: ChargePoint Holdings, Inc.; Outset Medical, Inc.; Semech Semiconductor, Inc.; and McKesson Corporation. Jaime serves on the editorial board of the Enhanced Scrutiny blog, where the Sidley team provides timely updates and thoughtful analysis on M&A and corporate governance matters from the Delaware courts.
