Sarah leads Thompson Hine’s Immigration practice. Sarah and her team advise employers across a variety of industries, including those with R&D centers and a need to recruit STEM talent, food producers and distributors, IT firms, and health care and pharma companies. They also represent artists, musicians and professional athletes, including professional golfers, for whom they secure P-1 visas for the golfers and P-1S visas for support teams (including caddies and tour managers).
Sarah helps clients establish strategic talent acquisition and retention immigration policies; devises employee sponsorship strategies for immigrant and non-immigrant visas; represents employers before DHS and DOL agencies to address compliance issues; conducts due diligence to determine immigration issues within corporate transactions; and helps develop and implement training and audit programs.
