Julia Ann Love

Julia leads the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice and has more than 30 years of experience counseling businesses on employee benefits and executive compensation issues, including ERISA compliance, defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive employment agreements and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements. She has significant experience advising on defined benefit pension plan de-risking transactions, employee benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions, and Affordable Care Act compliance. Julia was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel in 2016.
