He has significant experience representing lenders, private investment firms and indenture trustees in workouts, loan restructurings and major reorganization and liquidation proceedings throughout North America. He also has considerable experience representing creditors’ committees and debtors in Chapter 11 cases and directors and officers in fiduciary duty litigation.
