Curtis is a partner in the firm’s Business Restructuring practice. He focuses his practice on corporate financings, commercial and creditors’ rights, domestic and cross-border insolvency proceedings (primarily Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 15 proceedings), workouts, preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, Uniform Commercial Code controversies and other commercial law cases. He has significant experience representing lenders, private investment firms and indenture trustees in workouts, loan restructurings and major reorganization and liquidation proceedings throughout North America. He also has considerable experience representing creditors’ committees and debtors in Chapter 11 cases and directors and officers in fiduciary duty litigation.
