Alan R Lepene

Alan is the former leader of the firm’s Business Restructuring practice group and a former member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy (primarily Chapter 11 reorganizations), workouts and commercial litigation. Alan has significant experience representing senior lenders in major bankruptcy cases and workouts and creditors’ committees and debtors in numerous cases under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. He previously served as chair of the Banking, Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association and is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy.
