A partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group, Tim has assisted clients for over 25 years with litigation and counseling related to employment and employee benefits issues, including restrictive covenants. Tim also defends employers against class action and individual employment claims and advises on employment practices and benefits issues. In addition to his employment practice, Tim represents fiduciaries, benefit plans and employers in litigation encompassing individual and class action ERISA cases nationwide. He is admitted to practice in federal courts across the country as well as the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and Washington D.C.
