Rick Offsay, Co-Chair of the firm’s Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice, provides strategic advice to clients on a full spectrum of complex transactions across the entertainment, sports, and media industries.
Mr. Offsay combines sophisticated industry knowledge with a deep understanding of the businesses of both investors and strategics to help clients navigate:
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Strategic joint ventures and capital raises
• Financing transactions
• Complex commercial arrangements
He devises creative transaction structures to help clients maximize opportunities and deploy capital across geographies and in a wide range of industry sectors, including film, television, and other content production, financing, and distribution; live events; music; sports; and digital and interactive media.
Mr. Offsay serves on the firm’s Mentoring Committee and previously was on the Diversity Leadership Committee.
