He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of tax controversy and litigation services. He gained significant experience in advising domestic and foreign clients in complex tax audits, pre-litigation and judicial settlements, and defence before tax courts and the Court of Cassation. His areas of expertise include corporate and group taxation, M&A and business restructuring, taxation of real estate, VAT, registration tax and other indirect taxes as well as excise duties and consumption taxes. He is author of publications on tax matters and he often speaks at tax conferences and lectures at post-graduate specialization courses.
He has been a partner of L&P – Ludovici Piccone & Partners since 2016. Before joining L&P, he worked with Maisto e Associati since 2004 where he became a partner in 2009 and previously he had a lengthy experience with a tax firm in Rome.
He is admitted to the Italian Bar Association in Rome. He is authorized to practice before the Court of Cassation and higher courts.
He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA)
