Anna Gardini brings over twenty-five years of distinguished experience in Intellectual and Industrial Property law to the Firm, where she currently leads the IP Practice. She joined Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici in December 2025, following her tenure as Head of the Intellectual Property Practice at a leading Italian multidisciplinary firm. Her remarkable professional background was previously built over during two decades at a historic landmark firm within the Italian IP market.
Anna provides comprehensive judicial and extrajudicial counsel to leading national and international clients across the full spectrum of Industrial and Intellectual Property law. Her expertise encompasses trademarks and distinctive signs, patents, design, copyright and neighboring rights, unfair competition and Information Technology. She also advises on trade secrets and know-how, misleading and comparative advertising and geographical indications.
She possesses extensive experience also in negotiating complex transnational agreements involving intangible assets—including Joint Ventures (JVs), Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), coexistence agreements, and technology transfers—as well as in the management and coordination of multi-jurisdictional IP litigation.
Throughout her career, she has operated across a diverse range of sophisticated industries, including Fashion, Luxury & Design, Automotive, Industrial & Mechanical, Banking, Finance & Insurance, Tech, IT, Media, Healthcare, Chemical, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Energy, Entertainment & Publishing and many others.
