Guido Sagliaschi has gained extensive experience in a wide range of extraordinary transactions, with a particular focus on the real estate sector. He has advised leading domestic and international clients active in key industries, from retail to logistics, and from office to residential and hospitality. He also has significant expertise in commercial contracts related to the real estate sector (leases, business lease agreements, procurement contracts), as well as the management of litigation and pre-litigation proceedings.
He became a member of the Milan Bar in 2004 after having graduated with honours from the Università degli Studi di Pavia in 2001 and having achieved a Ph.D. in Comparative Private Law from the Università degli Studi di Firenze.
Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at a leading Italian law firm and was a member, with a three-year term, of the ABF (Banking and Financial Arbitration) panel of the Bank of Italy (Milan).
