Gianni Martoglia is a skilled practitioner in the fields of financial markets and mergers and acquisitions and he is particularly specialized in private equity.

He mainly deals with financial markets (for quotations, public purchase and exchange offers, as well as delisting) and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions, in particular those involving private equity operators.

Over the years he has followed some of the most important and complex M&A transactions of the Firm, assisting Italian and international industrial and financial clients.

In addition, he is the author of several articles on corporate law and securities markets published in some of the leading Italian journals and is co-author of the book “Private Equity Techniques”.
