Barbara Napolitano has been involved in some of the main public and private extraordinary M&A transactions carried out in the Italian market in the last twenty years.
She has also developed a specific expertise in securities’ law. Namely, she provides assistance in IPOs, secondary offers, public tenders and takeover bids, offer and exchange of equity, equity-linked or debt financial instruments.
Further, Barbara gained a significant expertise in corporate reorganisations and business combinations of large domestic and international groups and mergers and acquisitions related to strategic assets carried out by listed groups, also cross- border.
She also deals with the structuring of the governance of listed and unlisted companies’ (including large family businesses).
Her areas of expertise include ESG practice, with particular regard to governance and relations with stakeholders.
She is a member of the international development team of the Firm and she is also in charge of the Diversity and Inclusion project.
