Peter Kubina

In his practice, he focuses on dispute resolution matters in various areas ranging from criminal law and civil, employment and commercial litigation to constitutional matters and strategic litigation, as well as performing the function of an arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations. Peter occasionally lectures at Comenius University on topics related to constitutional law.
