Pedro Rubio specializes in Public and Regulatory Law, providing legal advice and management in relevant transactions and legal proceedings both in Spain and before the General Court of the European Union, in areas such as expropriations, public procurement, cartels of manifest relevance, resolution of credit institutions, energy and asset liability proceedings.
Pedro has more than 25 years of experience and he is currently a Partner at Andersen in the Public and Regulatory Law Department in the Madrid office. Previously, he worked at Cuatrecasas and at Ramón Hermosilla, where he was a Partner. Before his incorporation to Andersen, he was a Partner and Head of the Regulatory and Public Law Departments at Ontier in their Madrid office.
