Federico Belausteguigoitia has more than 20 years' experience in advising Spanish and foreign companies on corporate transactions of a commercial nature.

Belausteguigoitia specialises in the energy sector, specifically in investment and divestment transactions of renewable assets, advising on the acquisition and/or sale of licences, permits and authorisations for the construction of renewable energy projects. In addition, he has been recognised by the international directory Chambers & Partners in the area of Energy & Natural Resources.

He also has experience in the aeronautical sector, mainly in commercial aviation, advising airlines, service providers and other related companies in the negotiation of contracts for their activity in Spain, as well as in relations with regulatory bodies and consumer authorities.

Previously, he has developed his career in prestigious firms and companies such as CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, IBERIA, Marimón Abogados and has been a Partner of DWF-RCD.
