Arancha Bengoechea specializes in all branches of public law - environmental law, administrative contracting, administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings, pharmaceutical law, telecommunications and gambling, among others - as well as providing legal advice to non-profit organizations, procedural law and competition law.

In these areas, she has advised public and private clients on all types of projects, procedures and legal proceedings at all levels.

Career

Arancha has more than 20 years of experience and she is currently a Partner in the Public and Regulatory Law area of Andersen in the Madrid office. Previously, she was a Partner in the Regulatory Group and head of the Administrative Law and Public Sector area at PwC Tax & Legal.
