César Morales has 25 years of extensive experience in advising on real estate transactions in the retail, logistics, office and residential sectors.
He advises hotels, large listed companies, family offices and REITs on the drafting and negotiation of real estate contracts, as well as on conducting legal due diligence.
In addition, he leads the legal direction of judicial and arbitration proceedings and offers legal advice on real estate asset management.
Previously, César Morales was the Partner in Charge of the Real Estate department at DA Lawyers until its integration into Andersen in July 2021. He has also developed his professional career in firms such as Dulith Abogados and AMG Abogados.
