He has extensive experience in regulatory advice on cross-border transactions, authorisation procedures for entities and cross-border structures. Within the Fintech sector, Prado has advised different players and new operators belonging to the lending and payment media sector when adapting to the applicable regulations.
Miguel collaborates as professor at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) and is a regular speaker in the full time Masters in access to the legal profession.
