Paul J. Lockwood

Paul Lockwood is head of the litigation practice of Skadden’s Wilmington office. Engages in securities litigation in Delaware and nationwide. Defends clients in derivative and class action lawsuits relating to accounting issues, proxy contests, public offerings and M&A. Litigates disputes concerning merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, bond indentures, partnerships, trusts and LLC agreements. Provides counsel on corporate governance, federal securities laws and Delaware corporation law issues.
