Nathan Giesselman

Nathan Giesselman heads Skadden's West Coast Tax Group. He advises public and private clients in a variety of internal and third-party transactions, with a particular focus on international planning for multinational clients; cross-border acquisition, disposition and restructuring transactions for both U.S. and international clients; and tax planning for private equity and entertainment industry clients.
