Leila Sayegh represents corporations and private equity funds as borrowers, and banks and other financial institutions as lenders, in a broad range of domestic and international financing transactions, including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, bridge loans, first and second lien financings, investment grade financings, corporate recapitalizations, debtor-in-possession financings and asset-based loans. Her practice extends across a wide range of industries.
