Peter Morrison

Peter B. Morrison is the head of the Los Angeles office, the co-head of the firm's West Coast litigation practice and the leader of Skadden's Los Angeles Litigation Group. He has a broad litigation practice with a particular emphasis on securities, M&A and tax litigation. Mr. Morrison advises corporations on matters involving both federal and state securities laws, duties of corporate directors, contests for corporate control, SEC and stock exchange inquiries and investigations, and tax reporting. Mr. Morrison is co-author of the treatise Mergers and Acquisitions Deal Litigation Under Delaware Corporation Law.
