Gregg A Noel

Head of Skadden's West Coast Capital Markets practice, Mr. Noel represents U.S. and international issuers, investment banks and financial institutions in public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and corporate restructurings. He has extensive experience advising technology companies in corporate financing and other transactions. He recently represented Affirm Holdings in its IPO, Intel in the IPO of its wholly owned subsidiary Mobileye and Viking Holdings in its IPO. In addition, he has been widely recognized as one of the country's leading attorneys handling IPOs for special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), advising on many of the largest, most innovative SPAC transactions since at least 2006. Mr. Noel serves as co-head of Skadden's REIT practice. Among numerous other accolades, he was recognized among the Top 100 Lawyers in California by the Daily Journal, one of the Trailblazers of the West by The American Lawyer, and as a Stand-Out Lawyer by Thomson Reuters.
