Osvaldo is a Partner at Consortium Legal – Costa Rica. He has more than 18 years of experience in Corporate Labor Law, both individually and collectively. He currently leads the labor and immigration law team.

During his professional practice, he has been a consultant for local and regional companies, he has served as professor of the University of Costa Rica in the chairs of Roman Law and Labor Law, as well as professor and coordinator of the Specialized Program in Labor Law of the Continuing Education Program of the University of Costa Rica, addressed to lawyers and non-lawyers professionals, directly related to this branch of law. He was also a professor and coordinator of the Specialist Program in Labor Law of the School of Business Administration / FUNDATEC of the Technological Institute of Costa Rica. He has also been a professor of Labor Law and Social Security in several private universities in Costa Rica.

Currently, he is part of the Committee of Excellence of the Bar Association of Costa Rica, body responsible for the design, development and review of the Academic Excellence Examination whose approval is required by law graduates to collegiate and practice the profession.
