Jose Pablo is partner at Consortium Legal – Costa Rica. With more than 23 years of experience, has wide knowledge e in civil and commercial litigations and arbitrations in relevant areas such as damages claims, breaches of contract, construction, and financial areas.

He advised publics and privates banks entities, including overseas banks and local and overseas private companies. He has extensive experience in commercial and financial contracts, trust contracts, and contracts for investments with high level of sophistication and complexity. He has been legal director in many lawsuits as Claimant and Respondent in significant number of claims with nationals and overseas companies.
