César is a partner at Consortium Legal - El Salvador. With more than 36 years of experience in advising on Litigation, Arbitration, and alternative means of Conflict Resolution representing companies in the financial, industrial, construction and individual sectors. He has extensive experience in Civil, Commercial, Labor (Individual and collective conflicts), economic criminal matters, both judicial before national courtrooms, national and international arbitration.
He has participated in various civil, labor and commercial deals on behalf of local and international companies. Also, he has been part of some of the largest cases nationwide in El Salvador. Additionally, he has performed as National Legislation advisor in proceedings before courts and arbitration courts, both in the United States and in some European countries.
Within the firm, he has directed the Litigation and the Arbitration department for more than 12 years, during which he has achieved significant successes in judicial and arbitration proceedings, which has allowed him to represent directly or jointly with the members of the Litigation team of the firm, local and international companies.
His experience in the exercise of legal practice has allowed him to be part of boards of directors of companies in different commercial areas; likewise, he has represented clients in different negotiations for the acquisition and sale of economic conglomerates. Recently, he has participated personally and with the team in arbitration and judicial processes, which involve different areas of commercial law.
